- What scale are your figures? We mainly offer 1/6 scale and 1/12 scale action figures, bodies, head sculpts and accessories.
- Are your products compatible with other brands? Yes, our 1/6 and 1/12 items are compatible with most mainstream brands on the market.
- Do you ship worldwide? Yes, we provide international shipping to most countries with tracking number.
- How long is processing time? Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment.
- How long does delivery take? US/EU: 7–18 business days Other countries: 10–25 business days
- Do I need to pay customs tax? Import duties, taxes and fees are the buyer’s responsibility according to local policy.
- What payment methods do you accept? We accept credit cards, PayPal and other secure payments supported by Shopify.
- Can I cancel or change my order? You can request cancellation within 24 hours. After shipping, changes are not allowed.
- What is your return policy? Unused, undamaged items in original package can be returned within 30 days.
- What if the item is defective or damaged? Please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will offer replacement or refund.
- Do you accept wholesale or bulk orders? Yes, we support wholesale, distributor cooperation and bulk orders.
